The art work will be packed and sent from Hanoi by couriers Vietnamese EMS or a preferable courier such as DHL, TNT, FedEx or any else to destinations anywhere in the world.
Works on canvas or paper will normally be removed from the frame, rolled carefully and covered with paper before they are placed inside a plastic tube or hard cover tube.
Lacquer paintings on board and sculptures will be wrapped with paper and bubble-plastic before they are fixed in wooden or cardboard barrel suitable with works about size to avoid clash and scratch.
Insurance
All art works will be insured.
Insurance cost for shipping by foreign couriers such as DHL and TNT is usually 2 % of announced value of art works.
For EMS Vietnam [Express Mail Service of Vietnam], compensative expenses are fixed at 38.5 USD for each work with the weight over 500g. This only thing making you feel inensure is insurance premium as well as low compensation of Vietnamese EMS, especially for art works you have chosen particurlay carefully and loved
According to Aroma d.d’s learning, you can quite feel ensure about shipping service by EMS Vietnam.
Therefore, Aroma d.d engages to compensate finance in case mishap happens to you.
In case of damage or loss, the amount paid to Aroma d.d will be reimbursed to the customer.

Shipping Cost Aroma d.d is not trys to make a profit on shipping charge from its clients.
There is an example to count the shipping cost a painting from Hanoi, Vietnam to any corner in the world by EMS Vietnam. The oil painting on canvas in the size of 100cm x 100cm weighs about 1.2kg. The cardboard barrel weighs about 2.8kg. You pay for the shipping cost for 1.2kg + 2.8kg = 4kg:
cost for first 500g + 7x 500g x cost for each 500g more
